Scott Corbett has over eleven years of training experience specializing in communication skills, organizational development, and cultural diversity.
Scott has created training curriculum for state and community agencies to help develop staff to advance their performance in working with people around interview and supervisory skills. Scott holds a Master of Arts in Business and Policy Studies specializing in Organizational Development.
Julie Ross has more than ten years experience assessing organizational behavior, project management/corporate training. Applied critical thinking to analysis of organizational needs. Provided leadership to develop and manage critical staff development functions. Training/development specialist who adds value to organizations by contributing to growth/driving profitability as a trusted advisor and strategic partner.
Development profile: Julie has provided training and workshops based on needs assessments of private companies, public organizations, and programs.
Expertise in staff development and evaluation. Mastery in instructional design. Curriculum development. Curriculum coordinator managing large-scale training projects while concurrently managing administrative support for corporate team.
